Shipping & returns

Everything is packed and shipped from the United States.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within one business day. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern on a Friday go out the following Monday.

Delivery

Standard shipping is $5.00 and takes two to five business days via USPS or UPS. Shipping is free on orders over $75. We currently ship within the United States only.

You will get tracking by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we will send return instructions.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on worn apparel unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, send us a photo within seven days and we will fix it right away at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within three to five business days of the return reaching us. You will get an email when it is processed.
